How do I start selling my products on The Art Kids?
You can sign up as a seller directly on our website. Once approved, you’ll gain access to your dashboard where you can upload products, set prices, and manage your store. Every product is reviewed before it appears on the site.
Can I sell without having 3D design skills?
Yes, 3D design is not required. You can sell handmade items, printed goods, or partner with a 3D artist. If you need help finding one, we’re happy to assist you in connecting with a collaborator.
What types of products are allowed on the platform?
We welcome original, creative products such as art prints, fashion, lifestyle goods, stationery, toys, and more. As long as it’s designed or curated by you and fits our creative vision, you’re good to go.
How do I set my own prices and shipping options?
All sellers have full control over their pricing and shipping. You can add your rates in the dashboard, choose your delivery method, and update them at any time.
What happens after someone places an order for my product?
You’ll get a notification and can view the order in your dashboard. If it’s fulfilled by you, just pack and ship it. If we’re handling production for you, we’ll take care of everything from there.
Do I need to produce everything myself?
You can do either. If you’re using our print or 3D partners, we’ll handle production. Otherwise, you can produce and ship your own work as long as it meets quality expectations.
Can I sell one-of-a-kind handmade items, or only made-to-order products?
Yes, you can sell both. Just make sure to clearly label whether your item is unique or made-to-order so customers know what to expect.
What are the fees or commission rates for sellers?
We take a commission on each completed order to keep the platform running. There are no listing fees. Commission details are available in your seller onboarding.
Do I need to be based in the UK to sell on The Art Kids?
Not at all. We welcome sellers from anywhere in the world. Just make sure your shipping info is clear and that you can deliver to your selected regions.

Delivery time depends on the seller and the product. Ready-to-ship items usually arrive in 3–7 business days, while made-to-order or international items may take longer. Estimates are on the product page.
Are all products made by independent artists?
Yes. Everything on The Art Kids is created or selected by independent artists and designers. We don’t sell mass-produced goods.
What if the product I want is sold out? Will it come back?
Some products are limited and may not return, while others can be restocked or remade. Feel free to contact the seller directly to ask.
